고대 마법사의 연구탑 서비스 이용약관

본 약관은 1990Company(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 방치형 게임 고대 마법사의 연구탑(Idle Arcane Tower)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이용자는 게임에 접속한 스토어 및 플랫폼의 정책도 함께 준수해야 합니다.

서비스와 계정

탑 진행은 운영자의 서비스에 저장되며, 출석, 패스, 인앱 결제 등의 제공 여부는 플랫폼과 앱 버전에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 1990 Play에서 로그인하지 않은 이용자의 게스트 탑은 90일 동안 이용하지 않으면 삭제될 수 있습니다.

유료 콘텐츠와 환불

유료 상품은 게임 내 재화인 별빛 결정 묶음이며, 가격과 구성은 구매 화면에 표시합니다. 시작 지원 팩, 월간 연구 후원, 탑 개척 패스와 같은 게임 내 상품은 결정으로 구매합니다. 결제 승인, 취소 및 환불은 관련 법령과 구매가 이뤄진 스토어·플랫폼 정책을 따릅니다. 이미 사용한 결정은 법령상 예외를 제외하고 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 환불이 확인되면 남은 결정을 회수하며, 이미 사용한 수량은 향후 지급분에서 상계되는 환불 잔액으로 기록될 수 있습니다. 결제·지급·환불 오류는 고객지원으로 문의해 주세요.

이용자의 의무

클라이언트 변조, 플랫폼·서비스 요청 위조, 결제·보상의 중복 수령과 자동화된 부정 플레이를 금지합니다. 위반 시 관련 기록이나 보상을 정정하고 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

서비스 변경·중단과 책임

점검, 보안, 장애, 플랫폼 정책 변경 또는 불가항력으로 서비스 일부가 변경되거나 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 게임 밸런스(가격, 성장률, 보상)는 서비스 개선을 위해 조정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 종료는 합리적인 방법으로 알리고, 유료 콘텐츠에 대해서는 관련 법령과 플랫폼 환불 정책에 따른 조치를 제공합니다.

약관 변경과 문의

약관을 변경할 때에는 적용일과 주요 내용을 서비스 또는 공개 웹페이지에서 안내합니다. 문의 및 분쟁은 우선 고객지원을 통해 해결하며, 해결되지 않는 사항에는 대한민국 법령과 관할 법원의 절차가 적용됩니다.

These terms govern the idle game Idle Arcane Tower operated by 1990Company. Players must also follow the rules of the store or platform where they access the game.

Service and accounts

Tower progress is stored on our service. Attendance, passes and purchases may vary by platform and app version. Guest towers on 1990 Play that are unused for 90 days may be deleted.

Paid content and refunds

Paid products are packs of the in-game currency starlight crystals; prices and contents are shown before purchase. In-game offers such as the starter pack, monthly patronage and tower pass are bought with crystals. Approval, cancellation and refunds follow applicable law and the purchasing platform's policy. Spent crystals may be non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A confirmed refund removes the remaining crystals; already-spent crystals may be recorded as refund debt against future grants. Contact support for payment or fulfillment errors.

Fair use, changes and disputes

Do not tamper with the client, forge platform or service requests, duplicate rewards or automate abusive play. Game balance (prices, growth and rewards) may be adjusted to improve the service. Maintenance, security, platform policy or events beyond reasonable control may require changes or temporary interruption. Material changes will be announced through the service or public site. Korean law and the competent court process apply to unresolved disputes.
