1990Company는 고대 마법사의 연구탑(Idle Arcane Tower)의 게임 진행 보존, 결제 처리, 플랫폼 기능 운영과 고객지원에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 처리합니다.

처리하는 정보

이용 플랫폼에 따라 플랫폼 계정 또는 게임용 내부 식별자, 서버에 저장되는 탑 진행 상태(마력·연구실·환생 기록), 결정·연구 노트·초대장 잔액, 주문번호·상품번호·결제 상태·환불 기록, 제한적인 실행 환경 정보와 이용자가 직접 보낸 문의 내용을 처리할 수 있습니다. 1990 Play에서 로그인하지 않고 플레이하면 브라우저에만 보관되는 무작위 게스트 키로 게스트 탑을 서버에 저장하며, 90일 동안 이용하지 않은 게스트 탑은 삭제합니다. 로그인 후 다시 실행하면 게스트 탑을 계정으로 한 번 옮기고 해당 게스트 키는 폐기합니다. Apps in Toss와 Microsoft Store에서는 플랫폼이 확인한 사용자 정보를 해시한 내부 식별자만 저장합니다.

이용 목적

탑 진행 상태와 보상 제공, 결제·보상 중복 방지, 미지급 구매 복구, 환불 정산, 부정 이용 방지, 장애 대응, 고객지원과 플랫폼 심사·법적 의무 이행에 사용합니다. 광고는 사용하지 않습니다.

보관과 삭제

정보는 서비스 제공, 보안, 부정 방지, 환불 및 법적 의무에 필요한 기간만 보관합니다. 삭제 요청을 처리하더라도 결제·환불 감사 기록처럼 법령, 부정 이용 방지 또는 분쟁 대응에 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리해 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

제공업체와 국외 처리

서비스 운영에 필요한 최소 정보가 1990 Play, Toss/Apps in Toss, Microsoft Store, Cloudflare 등 플랫폼·결제·호스팅 제공업체에서 처리될 수 있으며, 제공업체의 시스템에서 국외 처리될 수 있습니다. 각 제공업체는 해당 서비스의 정책과 적용 법령에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

1990Company processes information for Idle Arcane Tower only as needed to keep game progress, process purchases, operate platform features and provide support.

Information we process

Depending on the platform: a platform account or internal game identifier, tower progress stored on our service (mana, laboratories, prestige records), crystal, research note and invitation balances, order and product IDs, payment and refund status, limited runtime information, and messages you send us. When you play on 1990 Play without signing in, a guest tower is stored on our service under a random guest key kept only in your browser; guest towers unused for 90 days are deleted. Signing in and launching again moves a guest tower into your account once and retires its key. On Apps in Toss and the Microsoft Store we store only a hashed internal identifier derived from the user the platform verified.

How we use it

To provide progress and rewards, prevent duplicate payments and rewards, recover undelivered purchases, settle refunds, prevent abuse, respond to incidents, provide support and meet platform review and legal obligations. The game shows no advertising.

Retention, providers and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the service, security, abuse prevention, refunds and legal obligations; payment and refund audit records may be kept separately for the period required. Minimal information may be processed by 1990 Play, Toss/Apps in Toss, the Microsoft Store and Cloudflare, including outside your country. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing at support@mpgd.dev.
